2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the service location is accessible, safe, and suitable for vehicle maintenance, and that it adheres to the criteria of an approved area or site as defined by Warrior Overland Mobile Oil.

  • Provide accurate vehicle information when booking, including make, model, year, and oil type preferences (if applicable).

  • To ensure the completion of interior cleaning services, please remove all valuable items, including any weapons, from the vehicle before the service appointment. 

3. Service Limitations

  • We do not perform major mechanical repairs or services unrelated to oil changes unless explicitly stated.

  • Services are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the location or vehicle poses a safety hazard.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any other reason deemed necessary to ensure safety, quality, or compliance with company policies or legal requirements.

4. Appointment Booking and Cancellations

  • Appointments may be arranged through our website, by phone, or via other authorized platforms to ensure convenience and accessibility for all customers.

  • Customers may reschedule or cancel an appointment with at least 4 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
